Recyclable Packaging

We have further researched on the recyclable packaging or part of packaging to be more environmental friendly.

Flatboards
100% recyclable carton board product, (as shown in figure), it is specially designed to meet the need of replacing materials like hardboard, medium-density fibreboard (MDF), and chipboard, in which it would cost more to recycle it.
The qualities include: Made up of Bio/kraft 100% recyclable product, where Kraft HS prevents the product from getting damp or wet.
Furthermore, it can be customized according to company’s unique requirements. Flatboard is also available in rolls for possible automatic use. When many different lengths are needed, cutting from a roll minimizes waste.

PALLRUN

It is a 100% recyclable cartonboard pallet foot for replacing wooden or other kinds of pallets, wherever possible. It is a combination of compact cartonboard (U-profiles) and stabilisation elements (cores) and is further reinforced by wet strengtened kraftliner on the lower and upper seams. All the elements are fixed together with a special hotmelt glue. There are many ways to use Pallruns. In fact, PallRuns can be used wherever there is need of palletisation in a modern way. Its recyclability is especially important. It can be combined with all existing methods of palletisation and transport packaging.

ITW Plastic Packaging Tier Sheets

These tier sheets are manufactured to comply with the demands of the food and beverage industry’s packaging standards. Tier, unlike fiber sheets, are un-affected by moisture (spills) and they are not easily damaged from mishandling.
ITW Plastic Packaging Tier Sheets are made of 100% plastic. The moisture resistant sheets offer greater cleanliness, retain flatness and provides many more re-uses than corrugated or solid fiberboard divider sheets. ITW Tier Sheets are placed between layers of beverage or food containers, aluminum or steel cans, glass or PET bottles and other rigid packaging for maximum load stability, reduced contamination and greater product protection. In addition, ITW Tier sheets are recycable.

Plastic Slip Sheets

Plastic Slip Sheets are custom designed, die cut flat sheets which are utilized in handling, storage and shipping of unitized goods, replacing traditional pallets and fiber slip sheets. Plastic slip sheets allow lesser movement of packaged thus enable user to ship more product, in less space, and reduce overall freight cost associated with packaging.
